Lifelong Competences
Introduction
The objectives of this international project are to set up tools to make informal learning visible and to set up methods how to develop implicit know-how into explicit knowledge. Informal Learning happens everywhere – at home, in leisure time, in kindergarten, meeting neighbours, at work etc. The results of different surveys show that the share of knowledge at work by informal learning accounts about 75%. So the wide range of on-the-job experiences, interactions with colleagues and other professionals etc. are very important resources.
A focus will be paid to the building up and acquisition of skills for employees working in the “social fields” of services for people with disability, in social work, in education and training.
The vocational backgrounds of the partners are the basis of this EU-Leonardo funded project.
